We ordered many shirts for our entire group of friends on our upcoming trip. As you can imagine, the shirts arriving before our flight was of utmost importance. Jason took that into consideration and promised a delivery date which was earlier than expected. Not only that, the shirts arrived a day earlier and they were perfect. The order was correct, no mistakes and the print quality on the shirts were amazing. Even the onesie was cute. Excellent experience. Worth the price. Only feedback I'd give would be for Jason and team to be a bit more proactive with responding on time and picking up the phone. We almost cancelled our order as we couldn't get a hold of anyone but once Jason responded, it was smooth sailing from there. Overall, still a 5/5 star experience!

Our hockey team travelled to Mexico to celebrate a wedding/ adoption (Wedoption!). To mark this incredible event, we waited til the last minute to order team tank tops… (who loves procrastination?!?!). T-Shirt Elephant saved the day and delivered our order before we jet set, during Snowmaggedon! The entire team is SUPER happy and impressed. Earlier this year we noticed we were running low on our company-branded polo shirts and decided to try ordering from T-Shirt Elephant for the first time. We ordered black Nike polos and had our logo embroidered on them. We had also purchased a bunch of Patagonias ourselves that needed to be embroidered too and Jason (our sales manager) was more than happy to embroider them for us. They turned out really good, and now I'm back again to have another sweater embroidered (this time on rush!), but I know it'll turn out great as well.

We ordered 31 t-shirts and hoodies for our delegation to the Law Games, a university competition bringing together law faculties from across Canada. Faced with the urgency of this significant order, Jason, the sales manager, demonstrated great efficiency. Thanks to his professionalism, we received the entire shipment (61 items) in less than a week and a half, which far exceeded our expectations. We will undoubtedly order from them again next year. My dad is turning 60 this year, and I ordered about 10 shirts with a collage of his face on it. I designed the collage elsewhere, but I was so impressed with how easy it was to import the design onto the shirts and use the online ordering system.
